When you use tumi, you agree to these terms. We are tumi—an online gaming platform operating only where local law permits. Our terms set out your rights and obligations, how we handle your account, what happens when you deposit and withdraw, and how we resolve disputes.

How You Access tumi and What You Agree To
Account creation and eligibility on tumi
To use tumi, you create an account with your email address and password. We require you to provide your full name, date of birth, national ID number, and proof of address during verification. You confirm that all information you provide is true and current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
You may create only one tumi account. If we discover duplicate or fraudulent accounts under your name or identity, we will close all accounts and forfeit any balances. You agree that tumi is available only where local law permits, and you take sole responsibility for verifying that you are eligible to use tumi in your jurisdiction.
Deposits, withdrawals, and payment on tumi
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are processed according to your payment provider's terms; we do not charge deposit fees. Your balance updates immediately once your deposit is confirmed.
Withdrawals are subject to our anti-money-laundering (AML) verification. Most withdrawals clear within one to three business days. We may delay or decline a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, if the withdrawal violates our terms, or if your account is flagged during an AML review. We will not charge withdrawal fees.
You may not use tumi to launder money, evade taxes, or fund illegal activity. We reserve the right to freeze or close your account and forfeit your balance if we believe your activity violates these restrictions.
Our responsibility and liability on tumi
tumi operates only where local law permits. Your use of tumi is at your own risk. We provide tumi on an "as is" basis—we do not warrant that tumi will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from cyber attack.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of tumi (including connection loss, payment processor failure, system outage, or hacking). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you deposited in your tumi account in the past 12 months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Bonuses and promotional terms on tumi
We may offer promotional bonuses (welcome offers, event bonuses, seasonal promotions). All bonuses are voluntary—you are never required to claim them. Bonus terms vary by promotion and are published at the time of offer. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to the conditions we announce.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any bonus at any time. If we suspect you are abusing a bonus (colluding with other players, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical glitches), we will forfeit the bonus and may close your account.
- Rollover requirement
- If a bonus specifies a rollover, you must wager the bonus amount that many times before you can withdraw. This is calculated by us.
- Expiry date
- Bonuses expire on the date stated in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Game restrictions
- Some bonuses may only be used on certain games. We display these restrictions clearly when we issue the bonus.
- Abuse detection
- We monitor bonus activity. Suspicious patterns result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
Our Rules, Disputes, and How We Protect Your Data
Prohibited conduct on tumi
You may not use tumi to:
- Violate any law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
- Manipulate game results, collude with other players, or exploit technical glitches.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access tumi without our permission.
- Share your account credentials with others or sell your account.
- Access tumi from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
If we believe you have violated these rules, we will close your account and forfeit your balance without compensation or notice.
Disputes and resolution on tumi
If you dispute a game result, transaction, or payout on tumi, contact our support team within 30 days of the event. Provide as much detail as possible (date, time, game, bet amount, expected payout). We will investigate within five business days and respond to you.
Our decision on a dispute is final unless applicable law gives you an additional right. We may refer disputes to an independent third party if required by your jurisdiction's regulations. Any costs of independent arbitration are your responsibility unless applicable law requires us to pay.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app message at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Special notes on holidays and service interruptions
tumi operates continuously, but we may perform maintenance during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and other public holidays. We will announce any scheduled downtime in advance. During maintenance, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or withdraw funds.
If tumi experiences an unplanned outage (server failure, cyber attack, payment processor issue), we will work to restore service as quickly as possible. We are not liable for any loss or missed opportunities during an outage.
Mobile app and browser access on tumi
We offer tumi as an Android app (downloaded from our official link) and via iOS browser (Safari, Chrome). Both platforms are subject to the same terms. Your account balance and activity sync across all devices. If you lose access to your phone, log in on another device and change your password immediately.
We are not responsible if your phone is stolen, lost, or compromised. If your phone is lost, your account remains secure as long as your login credentials are not shared. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where tumi operates. If a court finds any portion of these terms invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use tumi. Closing your account is your only remedy if you disagree with our terms.

tumi offers its services only in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted under applicable local law. We do not operate in regions where our services are prohibited by statute, regulation, or government order. Our availability determination is based on your declared jurisdiction during account registration and verified against our compliance database.
When you create a tumi account, we request your country and state/province. If our system identifies a jurisdiction where we do not operate, account creation is declined. We do not publish a list of permitted or prohibited jurisdictions; instead, our automated compliance system makes this determination at registration. If you believe our determination is incorrect, you may contact our legal team for review.
Our payment partners (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, and Indonesian banks) are subject to their own jurisdictional restrictions. If a payment method is unavailable to you, your payment provider has restricted it for your location. We respect these restrictions and cannot override them. tumi is offered only where applicable law permits our operation.

We do not display age warnings or account controls options because your responsibility to verify your own eligibility and compliance with local law is not reduced by the presence or absence of these notices. You assume full responsibility for confirming that you meet all legal requirements before creating a tumi account.
If an account is created while ineligible (under legal age, lacking legal capacity, or in a prohibited jurisdiction), we may freeze or cancel the account at any time without notice. We reserve the right to conduct eligibility checks at any point, especially before processing large withdrawals. If you become ineligible after account creation, we will notify you and provide a window to withdraw your remaining balance before account closure.
