Troubleshooting login issues

  • Forgotten password. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. We send a reset link to your registered email within minutes. Follow the link to set a new password.
  • Account locked. After multiple failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait subject to verification and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
  • Email not verified. If you recently created your account, check your email for the verification link. Resend the verification link from your account settings if needed.
  • Browser or app issues. Clear your browser cache or log out completely before logging in again. On the Android app, force-stop the app and reopen it. On iOS browser (Safari, Chrome), close all tabs and reopen.
  • Two-factor authentication. If you enable 2FA in your account settings, you will be prompted for a code after entering your password. Enter the code sent to your registered mobile number.
